1.关掉豌豆夹之类的软件.
2.运行命令行adb kill-server、adb start-server
3.关掉adb.exe进程， 之后重新启动Eclipse。
使用方法
先找一下就在sdk\tools目录下是否有hprof-conv.exe， 如果有将tools下面的所有文件都复制到platform-tools即可。 如果没有就下载一个新的hprof-conv.exe， 用同样的方法就可以能够了。
